Estin City Prime Rules

These Prime Rules my be changed at any time. Major changes to these Prime Rules will be announced, but it is the responsibility of the player to be aware of and comply with these Prime Rules. Failure to be in compliance with these Prime Rules may result in the immediate deletion of your account.

Further, there are Terms of Use that govern the use of this service. By agreeing to these Prime Rules, you agree to the Terms of Use; and by agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree to the Prime Rules.

1. Censorship/Decency

Fusion-Effect is not censored. Verbally abusing players or staff is considered poor etiquette. If you verbally abuse players and staff you may be banned from the communication based services inside Fusion Effect or your account may be suspended if the staff deem necessary.

2. Game Items

All items held within the game, and within your account are non-profitable. You may not sell these items in exchange for real money, or list the items on any site such as eBay or any other auction-releated site.

You may not request any item from staff in exchange for either real or virtual currency. Attempts to do so will may result in account suspension or deletion.

3. Factions

Factions remain legal property of the game, and are leased to players by the game. While owning a Faction, you can choose it's name, content and other related functions as long as those choices do not violate these Prime Rules, the Terms of Use or any other governing documents.

Management reserves the right to modify any part of any Faction including the name, contents, members, staff and other related functions without any reason and without the permission of the Faction Leaders. These changes do not need to consider the seperate sub laws a Faction may have. Management also reserves the right to remove any Faction without notice.

The censorship and decency maintained internally inside Factions is determined by ingame Faction leadership. What is and what is not acceptable is to be determined by the in-game faction leadership provided these choices do not violate these Prime Rules, the Terms of Use or any other governing documents.

4. Game Rules

Players agree to abide by all game rules and understand that any violation will result in a given punishment.

5. Accounts

This game is not intended for persons under fourteen (14) years of age. Some content contained within the game may not be suitable for young children. By signing up for an account at Fusion-Effect you agree that you are over 14 years of age. Any player who is found to be under 14 years of age will have their account deleted immedietly.

As far as the definition of a 'multi' goes, Fusion-Effect's Administration defines it as the following: A main account with the existence of one or more accounts with the primary purpose of aiding the main account.

This definition includes: A single player making several accounts to aid one central account; a single player buying an account(s) to assist a central account; a single player getting friends to join solely to aid their central account, etc. It also includes groups of players working together to solely aid each others accounts.

Please note, the definition is not limited to what is listed above. Management reserves the right to interpret player activities as needed, and take any and all appropriate action.

It is expected that every account that logs into Fusion-Effect is controlled by a unique individual and has the primary purpose of personal advancement, not the advancement of another player. Of course, you are able to assist friends and set deals and trade; however, if an account is found to be supporting another account past the point of acceptable levels, that account will be flgged and staff will begin an investigation.

The purpose of suspected multi status and staff contact is to establish an explanation from the player about the activity in question. All account activity is logged. At this stage, full honest cooperation with the staff member may result in a warning being given and no further action to be taken. However, not acknowledging pm's, or dishonesty only results in the process taking longer and the staff member more likely to take more serious action against your account.

These rules have been put in place to keep the game fair and balanced for all players. In reality, while most players do play by the rules, some choose to abuse the system and therefore we need logging and Admins to enforce the rules. If you are at all worried that some of your account activity may be deemed suspicious then post a support request to have your logs checked.

You are only allowed to have one account per individual. Players found to have multiple accounts also known as "multis" will have all accounts deleted. However, jailing will still apply for cases where management sees fit. All funds and items that were gained from the use of the multiple accounts, will be revoked and fines may be applicable to the offending players.

Any action within your account you are responsible for. This includes posting an illegal/offensive pictures within your account and all postings and information exchanged in communications.

Every player must respect every other player and individual in society. You must not discriminate against someone because of his or her age, gender, skin color, sexual preference, religion or personal beliefs. Any player found to be actively discriminating against another player or member of society in any way, will have their accounts terminated and further action may be taken. This includes, without limitation, character name, private message and the Communications area.

Management reserves the right to modify any part of any account on the game for no reason and without the account owners permission.

Management reserves the right to jail or delete any account from the game at any time for no reason and without the account owners permission.

6. Connectivity

Random Ramble does not guarantee connectivity.

7. Unauthorized Access

Any individual who attempts to hack, gain unauthorized entry, reverse engineer or affect the system integrity of Random Ramble (including attempting to access any internal part of the game from an offsite location) will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Terminating your Account

For the reasons of fair gameplay and system efficiency, you cannot manually terminate your account. If you no longer wish to have an account with Random Ramble, please contact any Management member.

9. Player Generated Content

Random Ramble encourages and allows users to post and/or exchange opinions, information, and ideas. These may appear in private messages, union promotions, message boards or chat. Please be advised that these player generated opinions, information and ideas do not necessarily reflect the views of Random Ramble. While we occasionally do monitor player generated content, in no event does Random Ramble assume or have any responsibility or liability for any of this content or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from their use and/or appearance on or in conjunction with this Site or elsewhere. Users remain individually responsible for their ideas, messages and opinions. However, Random Ramble still has the right to modify/delete and refuse to post any player generated content that violates these Terms and Conditions. We can also remove the privileges of the users that violate these Terms and Conditions.

10. Payments

Payments of any sort made to Fusion-Effect towards running and maintenance costs and/or any other premium features made through an online vendor are non-refundable.

Random Ramble does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of paying through sites such as paypal with regard to their correctness, accuracy, and reliability or otherwise. The entire risk is carried by you i.e. (not Random Ramble). You assume the complete cost of any necessary servicing, repair or correction.

Any player making a fraudulent payment will have their account jailed until the investigation has been completed. Apart from the legal action that the payment provider may take against you, a $25 USD processing fee will need to be paid to unlock your account if you have been found to have made a fraudulent payment.

10. Deletion

Deletion of an account (Termination, causing it to no longer be apart of the game, or denying access by anyone.) may come without warningif a serious offense has taken place, or if your account is deemed 'Inactive' for more then 90 days.
In order to ensure that your account is 'Active', simply log in within a 90 day time period from the last time you played.

12. Other

Players agree not to, through software or other methods, interfere with the site operation and page content. This includes using automated scripts to carry out actions in your game and loading pages for no reason in the game just to slow down the server. Players agree to follow all administrator requests and instructions, failure to do so, may result in a jailing or account removal.

Other sections of the game may have it's own rules (such as the chat rooms.) These rules are an addition to the Terms of Service and not a replacement. Violation of these rules is considered to be a violation of the Terms of Service and will be dealt with accordingly. Please make yourself familiar with all game rules before playing. Failure to be familiar with the game rules is not an excuse for breaking them and will not be accepted as a defense of your account.

This site and all the materials contained on it are distributed and transferred on an "AS AVALIABLE" and "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, either implied or express. To the fullest extent permissible under the applicable law, Random Ramble disclaims all warranties, implied or express, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Random Ramble does not guarantee that the functions or materials contained within this site will be uninterrupted and error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site and the servers that make it available are free of viruses and other harmful components.

Random Ramble does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials within this site with regard to their correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. The entire risk is carried by you (i.e. not Random Ramble). You assume the complete cost of any necessary servicing, repair or correction.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Random Ramble, It's Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, licensors, representatives and third part providers to this site will not be liable for damages of any kind including, without limitation, incidental, indirect, special, consequential, compensatory or any similar damages, that may result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials contained on this site, whether the material is supplied by Random Ramble or any third party.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Random Ramble have any liability to you for any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise).
